That link for a previous answer that Anna T. posted in the above response describes a similar scenario. In that situation, the thermal circuit breaker on the back of the oven was tripped. You may be able to shut off the house circuit breakers for the oven and pull it out of the cabinet. You can use the installation manual as a guide for that task. Here is a copy of that installation guide in case you need it: Installation Instructions . Once you pull the oven out, you can remove the outer back panel. You should see a thermostat with a red button on it. Press the red button to reset that component. Reassemble the oven and install it back into the cabinet. See if the oven heats after resetting that thermal circuit breaker. If it does, then I recommend that you monitor the performance of the oven for the next several uses. Make sure that it is not overheating. Check the elements to make sure that they are cycling on and off properly once the oven is heated to the set temperature. If the oven works properly after resetting that thermal circuit breaker, then you probably won't need service.

If you are not able to pull the oven out of the cabinet or a tripped thermal circuit breaker is not causing this failure, then you will probably need to schedule service. You can schedule service online through this link: Sears Home Services .

If you need more help, reply with additional details and we will assist you further.
