I'm showing it could be a number of parts that would give you this issue. I’m showing the main parts would be the temp sensor, control board or element. I would go temp sensor first then the element.

When you have an over the range microwave and you want to replace it, it is important to get one that has the same dimensions as the old appliance. The microwave portion of your combination oven/microwave wall oven is a complete separate appliance from the oven. Unfortunately, the microwave is not sold as a separate unit.

To replace the microwave, you will need to replace the entire combination oven. You can go to Sears.com to shop for features and prices of wall ovens.
