Question and Answers

Q:

I was trying to bake in my oven and a error came up F30 and beeps 79047844407 Kenmore Wall oven-microwave combo

A:

Thank you for contacting Sears. I will be more than happy to assist you with your Kenmore range.

I can understand the frustration of your range not functioning properly, after researching model number 790.47844407. The error code F30 indicates an issue with electrically open oven temperature sensor probe connection. Check the resistance of the oven temperature sensor probe at room temperature and compare the reading to the oven temperature sensor resistance chart. If the resistance doesn't match the chart, replace the oven temperature sensor probe. Check the oven temperature sensor probe wiring harness in the circuit between the electronic oven control board and the oven temperature sensor probe connector. Replace the harness if necessary. Assembly. 5. If the lock motor continuously runs and the micro switch is open, replace the oven door latch motor assembly. 6. If this troubleshooting doesn't resolve the problem, replace the electronic oven control board.

I hope you found this information useful. Again thank you for choosing Sears. We appreciate your business, have a great day.
