That link that Pvalde2 posted in the above response appears to be for a cook top. There is a mistake in our system. Here is the correct installation guide for that wall oven: Installation Guide . That installation guide has the cut-out dimensions that you need.

If you need more help, let us know.

If you just bought the oven and it is still under warranty, I recommend that you have a service technician repair this failure under the warranty. This oven does appear to be a few years old according to the model number.

Your failure is probably caused by a problem with the oven door hinges (part 318024749). You can carefully remove the oven door as shown in the first image below. NOTE: That door is heavy. It may require 2 persons to safely lift that door off of the oven. The second image shows the parts diagram of your oven door. That link for a previous answer shows a basic procedure for disassembling a similar door to access the hinge assembly. You may be able to use this information to check the hinges and components on your oven. You can order parts from the Sears PartsDirect website. If you need to replace a hinge, I recommend that you replace both hinges at once instead of just replacing one.

If you need more help, reply with additional details.

If you get to a point where you need to have a service technician repair this failure, you can schedule service through this link: Sears Home Services .
