Thank you for your question and I understand your concern.

If any liquid spilled into the electronic oven control/clock assembly, it could have cause damaged to the electronic range control/clock assembly but it would not prevent the radiant surface elements from working. Based on your symptoms and details it sounds like the range is not getting the proper voltage supply.

I recommend locating the two house circuit breakers dedicated for the range and reset both circuit breakers. Flip both circuit breaks off and on 2-3 times and then see if the clock is flashing 12:00. If it's flashing 12:00; set the time of day and your oven and cook top will likely operate again. If the clock remains dark and does not power up, I suggest calling for service.
