Q:

Kenmore Elite Range 790.4670 F11 79046702601 Kenmore Elite Electric range

A:

Thank you for contacting Sears. I will be more than happy to assist you with your Kenmore range.

I can understand the frustration of your range not functioning properly, after researching model number 790.46704602. The error code F11 you’re receiving indicates an issue with the Electronic oven control board's keyboard. Disconnect electrical power, wait 30 seconds and restore power. this will reset the unit.If the fault code returns, replace the electronic oven control board. The keypad is incorporated into the electronic control board assembly on this type of circuit board.

I hope you found this information useful. Again thank you for choosing Sears. We appreciate your business, have a great day.

*Safety disclaimer before you try and repair the unit make sure the power supply is disconnected. There may be sharp parts to the unit that can cause injury to you if not careful. If you don’t not feel comfortable checking this yourself you can request a technician by visiting www.SearsHomeService.com*

Q:

Why is my Kenmore stove beeping & displaying an F10 code?

A:

The F10 error code indicates the control has sensed an overheating condition. This could be caused by a shorted relay on the EOC, electronic oven control. Please see the image provided for the error code list & recommended action.

You will need to either remove the temp probe from inside the oven or remove the rear panel to access.
