Thank you for your question and I understand your concern.

Based on your symptom and details I suspect a faulty thermal fuse. The thermal fuse (key#5) is located on the upper right side of the heating element housing as shown in the image below. In order to access the thermal fuse and heating element will require hinging the top open. There will be a couple of spring clips to press inwards to release the top located between the front bottom of the top and the front panel. Use a putty knife to slip in-between to press on the clip and raise the top. NOTE: Disconnect the power cord from the power source before raising the top.

The thermal fuse #LA-1053 for Admiral dryer model LNC7741A71 can be ordered from Sears Parts Direct.
