Q:

I need the specfications on a fan blade for an AC unit for a Sears brand Model # 769.81601 and the fan blade # is 5151-152. I need to purchase an aftermarket

A:

Getting the a replacement fan would be great. I did do some research and it looks like Emerson Electric Motor Div made the part. I was unable to find the specs or a substitute part. Your expert will able to help answer your question. It may take 24-48 hours. I do hope that all goes well.

Thank you for using Manage My Life. That model had to be from between the 70's to the early 80's. I cannot locate specific data on the blade as it is too old.

There are two ways of locating a replacement part for a product that is as old as this one is. One is to order a tool that is called a Pitch Gauge. This simple tool determines the angle of the blades. If we know that value and the number of blades, rotation and diameter we can find an aftermarket blade to match yours. The other option would be to take the blade to a local Johnstone Supply distributor because their offices sell to the public as long as it doesn't have to do with refrigerant or whole equipment.
