Q:

n blade frioSears Kenmore twin fan humidifier...how do I remove fan blade from motor shaft? 758144161 Kenmore Humidifier

A:

Thank You for choosing Sears PartsDirect.com and being a valued member. It is unfortunate to hear that you are having issues with your humidifier and I do understand your frustration. Glad to help out. I'm looking at your model number 758144161 and the diagram does not list nuts or screws holding the fans which would indicate that they are pressed in and can be removed by firmly pulling up on the fan blade.  I trust this information will help you.

Thank you for choosing Sears PartsDirect.com.

Thank you for your question. I can understand your concern about the motors. When there are 2 separate numbers like this, usually in most cases when one of the part numbers change or is eliminated, it will be so the manufacturer can keep up with the parts easier. Now, the fans turn the same direction and it would appear the only difference may be in the mounting. The left motor # 828539will probably work on the right side but its possible the mounting used on the right side motor will still need to be used. We have checked on this and there is no information available, on what the difference in the motors would be. I hope this will help you.
