Thank you for your question. The information you have received from Jackie is correct. Most of the supports for this freezer are the twist in and out style as listed. If it does not twist, then it should have a flat base and a hole in the center, for a screw to fit through, to screw it in place. I hope this will help you. If you would like more assistance, reply to this thread and I will be glad to assist you further. If you can send a picture of the support, it would also be very helpful.

Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, this support # 16655-000 is no longer available. This support is an insert that fits up in a slot in the ceiling and a screw fits through it, to spread it out and secure it in place. You may be able to use something like an anchor, which is available at most local hardware stores, to fit up in the slot, in the ceiling and then use a washer and screw to hold the anchor and the coil in place. I hope this will help you.

If you do not feel confident repairing this problem yourself, then you can have it repaired at your home by a Sears technician. Here is a link for the website: Sears Home Services .

The owner's manual # 17140-000 is available at SearsPartsDirect . However, it may not have any information about shelf supports. If this is a support that mounts on the wall, it should be a twist in and out type support. To remove it, twist it counterclockwise and to install it, twist it clockwise. I hope this helps you.
