I am sorry you are having a problem with the microwave. First, check your settings to make sure that the microwave is set to heat on the high setting. If the microwave is running on 100 percent with no heat that would indicate an internal failure has occurred. We do not give out much repair information on microwaves because of the dangers of repairing them. The microwave generates extremely high voltage. The capacitor can store this voltage even when the unit is unplugged. I hope you understand our policy on microwaves. Our number one concern is your safety. It is strongly recommended to have the microwave repaired by a service technician. You can have the microwave repaired at your home by a Sears technician.
