Question and Answers

Where are the fuses in this microwave?

Thank you for choosing and allowing us to help you. Try unplugging the micro-wave for a couple of minutes and see if that helps. Sometime this will clear an electrical glitch in the appliance. If that does not work, this  is an indication that the microwave has an internal component failure that will need to be serviced by a technician. I am sorry, but we do not give repair information on micro-wave ovens because they are inherently dangerous to service. Micro-waves contain high voltage internal components that can retain a lethal electrical charge even when the micro-wave is completely unplugged. Door repairs and adjustments, even minor ones, can cause microwave leakage, and a microwave shielding leakage test must be performed using a survey meter after any microwave service. That is why I strongly warn you to have this repair handled only by a qualified service technician. The average
life expectancy of a micro-wave is nine years. My research shows that your unit is about eight years old. Sometimes it can be more cost effective to replace rather than repair this type of appliance. Click here to view what is available at

Normally at we like to help you with all of your repairs, but our expert advice is that microwaves are just too dangerous.

Thanks again for choosing
