I will be happy to assist you. I have looked up the model number you have submitted. To rotate to the next tool you pull out the locking pin on the front of the bench. Once the locking pin is pulled, you can rotate to the next tool. Once you have the next tool brought up release the locking pin and move the rotary part a little to be sure the locking pin is engaged. The image below shows the location of the locking pin.
