Q:

dented doors on kenmore 69002 Kenmore Refrigerator

A:

Thanks for the inquiry and for using SearsPartsDirect.com.
I am sorry to hear about the dented doors on the refrigerator, I know how frustrating that is to have occur.
Before replacing the dented doors, you could try a dent puller to attempt to repair the refrigerator. There are a few suction type pullers, or the brace type pullers that use hot glue guns. I have used both types for dent removal in the past with mixed results. They are generally offered for automotive purposes, but it would be worth a shot if you wanted to attempt a repair before replacing the doors, which can be pricey. If the dent pullers don't help in any significant way, replacing the doors will be called for.
For convenience, I have included a search below that you may click on to see all the applicable dent pullers from Sears.com.

Hopefully this helps and let us know if we can be of any further assistance. Thanks for using SearsPartsDirect.com.

Hi,

Thank you for your question. It is concerning when the refrigerator is not functioning correctly.

The unit has had a failure of the freezer fan and the lights 6 and 7 light for that code. When you unplug it from the wall you are resetting the code and it will go to fail when the fan is not running once more. The fan would need to be checked from the board for voltage and feedback voltage. This will require getting access to the main control and using a multimeter to check the voltage. If you want to do the repair as a project let me know and I will gladly assist you. If you would rather a Sears Home Services technician come out to troubleshoot and repair the problem follow this link.

I hope this is helpful. If I may be of further assistance please include more details in a reply to this entry below.
