Q:

Oven from hell! 665.95775891

A:

Thank you for choosing SearsPartsDirect.com. I will be more than happy to assist you. I can understand any frustration you may have experienced with regards to your unit. Let’s see what we can do for you.

Normally when unplugging the oven it should reset the control board. If you plug it back in and it starts heating up again it could be a bad power relay in the control board. Try and plug it back in give it some time and try to turn it off, If not the control board would have to be changed.

Hope this information has helped you. If you are not comfortable doing this repair you can click here to schedule a technician or call toll free 1-800-469-4663. Again, thank you for choosing SearsPartsDirect.com.

Q:

owners manual 66595775890 Kenmore Electric range

A:

Thanks for the inquiry and for using SearsPartsDirect.com.
I know how frustrating it can be to have a new appliance and not know how it works or be able to utilize all the features.
I was able to find an owner's manual for a related model of 665.95775891, which will have all the same features and operations. I have included a blue link below that you may click on to be directed to the PartsDirect page to view and download the manual. This should help with the controls. The operations section starts on page 8. This will show the features of the sure simmer, and the dual element. Hopefully it helps.

A:

This error code E2 F3 indicates an over temperature during the bake period. I'm listing a link you can access, on a range like yours for the same problem. What does the error code "E2-F3" indicate? If the sensor is the problem, it would be worth repairing. The control is a more expensive repair. The sensor sells for approx. $75.00 and the control for approx. $170.00. I hope this will help you.

If you do not feel confident repairing this problem yourself, then you can have it repaired at your home by a Sears technician. Here is a link for the website: Sears Home Services .
