I know how frustrating power outages can be and I will be happy to assist you. If neither top burners or oven is working then this could be an issue with the regulator, spark module (for top burners), or with the gas valve. Your top burners and oven works on two separate ignition systems. Sometimes with the power outages you get a voltage spike, a few seconds of high voltage, that will take out some electronic items on the range. I recommend having a technician come out and check to see which components have failed and need replacement. You can schedule for service online with our Sears Home Services team. I hope this helps. Thank you for choosing Manage My Life.

I'm sorry you are having this problem. The information you have received from Barbara is correct. The E0 F2 error code indicates that a key was held down for too long on the keypad or that you have a stuck key on the control keypad. Follow the information you received about the harness connection also. I hope it will help you. The parts listed are available at SearsPartsDirect . Thank you for using Manage My Life.

Thank you for your question.

I can understand your concern with the oven not showing or maintaining the correct temperature.

  • It sounds like you may be having an oven lighting ignition problem that is not functioning on a consistent basis during bake.

  • Due to the complexity of the ignition system on this range I would suggest having a technician diagnosis the problem

  • If you wish in the mean time you could remove the oven bottom and examine the oven burner gas ports by the igniter to make sure they are clean. They may have gotten clogged and it could be a simple repair to clean them if they are plugged.

  • If you have some advanced diagnostic skills we can work with you try to repair this issue. Please respond back on the link if you wish to do so.
