This error code indicates a possible connection issue on the control ribbon or a bad control. Thank you for your question and I understand your concern.

Start a self cleaning cycle and then wait one minute and then press the OFF/Cancel button and then wait to see if the door will unlock. If it does not unlock, the door can be manually unlocked by access the door lock motor assembly. The door lock assembly is located at the back of the range. You will need to disconnect the range from the power source before removing the rear panel. I added an image below with the procedure for accessing the door lock assembly. You can access the door lock assembly and then push or pull the rod to manually unlock the door latch.

It's possible it may need a new door lock assembly or the electronic oven control.

If you do not feel confident repairing this problem yourself, then you can have it repaired at your home by a Sears technician. Here is a link for the website: Sears Home Services .
