Replacing the insulation in that type of range is an advanced repair. I do not recommend that you attempt that task yourself. The entire frame of the range will need to be disassembled. There is a not a written or illustrated procedure for that process. You can view the parts diagram on the Sears PartsDirect website. That will show you how the components in the range. There is a chance that you can disassemble the range and install that insulation using that information and your personal observation of the range. Be sure that you unplug the range and shut off the gas supply before attempting this repair. If you are able to disassemble the range, you can replace the insulation in the same manner that you found it installed. If you are not completely confident that you can safely complete this repair, I recommend that you have a service technician install that installation. If you need more help, reply with additional details and we will try to assist you further.

The link for a previous answer that Aashe provided in the above response shows some information for that fault code on this type of range. The E2 F2 error code is not listed for your model. I provided a chart with the error codes for your range in the image below.

If you are seeing the E2 F3 error code, I recommend that you unplug the range and check the resistance of that oven temperature sensor probe. Here is a link for a video that shows how to check that component: Oven Sensor Testing . You can access the sensor probe from the inside of the oven cavity as shown in the second image below if you see mounting screws inside the oven cavity. If you do not see mounting screws for the probe inside the cavity, then the component will need to be accessed from the back of the range as shown in this video: Range Oven Sensor Replacement . Your range will look slightly different than the one shown in that video but the basic procedure is the same. Make sure that the range is unplugged when accessing internal components. If the resistance of that sensor is way off, it will need to be replaced. The part number for the sensor is W10181986. You can order that part from the Sears PartsDirect website.

If you are seeing a different error code or need more help, reply with additional details and we will try to assist you further.

If you do not feel confident repairing this problem yourself, then you can have it repaired at your home by a Sears technician. Here is a link for the website: Sears Home Services .

This range does not have a pilot. It has a direct spark ignition system. This type of system is difficult to diagnose and repair. I recommend that you have a service technician fix this type of failure. Here is a link for the Sears Service website: Sears Home Services .

If you are advanced in technical skills, you may be able to use the information in this link of a previous answer to perform some troubleshooting on this ignition system: Where can I find specific procedures for checking the control board functions on my Whirlpool gas range model TGS325MQ4?

If you need more help, reply with additional details and we will assist you further.
