Q:

error message 66575004103 Kenmore Range

A:

Thank you for choosing SearsPartsDirect. I will be more than happy to assist you with your Kenmore range.

From the information you have provided above, I have researched the error code E1-F5. The error code states there is in issue with the oven door lock assembly or the wire harness. Disconnect power or unplug the range. Reconnect any loose wires on the oven door lock assembly wire harness. Replace the wire harness if damaged. Replace the door lock assembly if it's visibly damaged.

I hope you found this information useful. Again thank you for choosing Sears, we appreciate your business, have a great day.

That PF indicates that the control detects a power failure (or low voltage). The replacement control board (part 8190201) should have come with a noise filter kit and instructions for installing that kit. If you did not get that kit (or did not install it) with the new control board part 8190201, then this could be causing your problem. You could also have a voltage supply problem or a wire harness connection problem. I recommend that you unplug the range and check the wiring connections. If you did not install that kit, I recommend that you install it and see if that corrects the problem.

If you need more help, reply with additional details and we will assist you further.

If you get to the point where you need to have a service technician examine and repair the range, you can schedule service through this link: Sears Home Services .

If the clock works and shows that PF but you cannot clear that code and set the time, then I recommend that you check the ribbon wire connection between the keypad and that control board. The video below shows that connection on a similar model of range. If that keytail ribbon wire connector is not plugged in properly, then you will not be able to clear the PF and set the clock. If that ribbon wire is connected properly then you probably have a bad keypad. I hope that this additional information helps. If you need more assistance, let us know.

Your symptoms point to a bad touch keypad. You will probably need to return that component for an exchange. There is a chance that the main electronic control board is also bad. There is not a test available that will determine which of those controls is causing this failure.

Q:

Can I purchase a burner drip pan for my range?

A:

Your range has sealed gas burners to prevent spillovers from running underneath the burners. You can't buy drip pans for these burners. I recommend cleaning the entire cooktop, then coating the top of your range with the polish we use for the glass cooktops. This will prevent the spilled products from sticking and make cleaning easier.

The part number for the polish is 40079, and the cost is around $8.00.
