I provided information about that Sabbath mode in the image below. I recommend that you try to disable that Sabbath mode using the procedure shown below. Here is a link for the full owner's manual in case you need it: Owner's Manual .

If you are not able to disable that Sabbath mode, I recommend that you unplug the range for 5 minutes. Plug it back in and try to disable that Sabbath mode (the range will likely remain in that mode).

If you are not able to exit that Sabbath mode, then you will probably need to replace that clock control board (part 8524213). You can order that component from the Sears PartsDirect website.
