There are multiple things that may be causing the problem you're experiencing: fuse, door switch, short in control board relay, wiring problem. You will want to call a service technician to test and diagnose the proper part replacement for your microwave. Microwaves are inherently dangerous, storing large amounts of voltage that can cause serious bodily injuries or could be fatal. Do not attempt to repair the microwave yourself. Call a service technician who has the training and experience to safely repair your microwave. You can call 1-800-424-2047 to set up a service appointment.
