Thanks for adding that model number. That type of problem is normally caused by a failed door latch assembly. That replacement part is no longer available for your model of oven. The part number for that door latch assembly is 814262. I did not find a parts source that still has that component available. If you are able to shut off the house circuit breakers for the oven and access that assembly, you may be able to adjust or repair that latch assembly. This will probably be difficult since the door is still locked. I would normally recommend that you have a service technician examine and repair this failure but that may not be the best solution since the likely repair parts that will be needed are no longer available. You may need to consider replacing the oven in this situation.
