Question and Answers

Q:

Water still in dishwasher 66517459000 Kenmore Portable dishwasher

A:

Thank you for choosing Sears, I will be more than happy to assist you with your Kenmore dishwasher.

From the information you have provided above, the cause for any water getting left in the dishwasher will be any clogs in the hose or bad pump. First I would suggest checking any clogs located in the drain hose. After you’ve check the hose, I would recommend checking the pump for any clogs or debris stuck in the pump. If anything on the pump is broken the entire pump will need to be replaced. the part number for the pump is W10247394.

I hope you found this information helpful. Thank you for choosing Sears Parts Direct. We appreciate your business. Have a great day.

Thank you for your question.

I am sorry you are having a problem with the dishwasher. I should be able to help you with replacing the timer. There should be no difference in the mounting of the timers because there are notes on the parts. I have included a set of illustrated instruction for a model I think may be similar to yours. (See below) I intend for this to be a rough guide only. The pictures may not look exactly like your unit. Please make sure to unplug or turn the power off before attempting to replace the timer.

Please let me know if you run into problems with the repair.

Here is a link to order any parts you need. Sears Parts Direct .

If you do not feel confident repairing this problem yourself, then you can have it repaired at your home by a Sears technician. Here is a link for the website: Sears Home Services .
