Q:

Kenmore dishwash washer model 665.16822000

A:

Dishwashers are the best appliance to have especially when it comes to washing all the dishes. While you are waiting on an expert to answer your question, I was searching in the Manage My Life website and found your installation guide that can help with your Dishwasher. I have attached the link below. Hope this helps!

A:

Thank you for your question and I understand your concern.

I added an image of your lower spray arm assembly below. It is normal for key numbers 13 (bearing) and 11 (seal) as well as the spray arm will fit loose or the spray arm would not be able to turn freely. The spray arm nut (key #12) screws down onto the pump outlet which keep all the parts in place.

I hope this is helpful. If I may be of further assistance as more details become available, please reply to this post.

Q:

What is wrong with my Kenmore dishwasher model 665.16822000 when it will not run and the air dry and lock lights keep flashing?

A:

From the description you give you have a stuck or shorted keypad on the console.

The console can be replaced as a do-it-yourself project if you wish.

If the control lock is flashing then the first thing to try to to turn the control lock feature off by holding the air dry button for approximately 5seconds to turn control lock off or even back on.

If you can't unlock the console then it is likely there is stuck or shorted keypad.

You can access the control and try disconnecting the interface connection and plugging it back in. The image below of a similar unit will help you with this. Remember to turn the power off first.

I hope this information helps but submit another question with any additional details for further assistance.

Q:

How do I install the new replacement tiered mount on my Kenmore dishwasher?

A:

The new revised part snaps together without a screw needed. You may have to order both parts. The original part is no longer available.
