Question and Answers

Q:

Kenmore ultra wash quiet guard 2 dishwasher wash cycle irregularity 665.16719000

A:

Thank you for choosing Sears Parts Direct. I will be more than happy to help with your dishwasher. Upon researching model665.16719000; you can reset the unit by unplugging the range power cord for 5 minutes and then reapplying the power. If the problem persists then the electronic control board may need to be replaced. The electronic control board governs the functions of the unit so when it fails it can cause the unit become unresponsive to certain features and not complete the cycles properly. I have posted a link of the electronic control board to view the link click here.

I trust this information will help you, we appreciate your business thank for choosing Sears.

Q:

Does not drain 66516719000 Kenmore Dishwasher

A:

Thank you for your question.

I am sorry you are having a problem with the dishwasher draining. I will be happy to assist you. If the motor runs when the unit should be draining, I suspect the drain is plugged. Usually when this model runs but does not drain there is a plug in the small pipe that the hose connects too. I found a previous answer that explains how to access and cure the problem. Click here to be taken to that answer.

I hope this is helpful. Please let me know if you need further assistance.

Thank you for using Manage my life.
