Thank you for your question and I understand your concern.

The final rinse water is heated and it must heat the water to approximately 140 degrees before it will continue and complete the rinse cycle. If it is heating the rinse water and you are giving it plenty of time to reach 140 degrees then it could have thermistor or control board issue. I recommend calling a service technician to diagnose and repair your dishwasher.
