A:

Thank you for your question. I know these can be confusing. First, remove the top and bottom dish racks. Remove the inner water feed tube. There should be two screws. Hold the wash arm stationary while turning the spray arm support nut clockwise (CW). Use the image attached below to assist. If further help is needed, please reply. I provided the information on the diagnostic test cycle for Kenmore dishwasher model 665.13742K600 in the first image below. There are several different models that begin with 665.1374 . . ., but I believe that the diagnostic test cycle is basically the same for all the dishwashers that begin with those numbers.

The chart below shows that the dispenser should be activated for 45 seconds when the CLEAN light turns on for the first time.

I provided a strip diagram for the dispenser circuit and the full wiring diagram for the dishwasher in the second image. I recommend that you shut off the circuit breaker and check the wiring connections using this information. Check the resistance through the entire circuit from the control board to see whether the wiring is okay.

This information should help you determine the cause of this dispenser problem in your dishwasher. If you need more assistance, reply with additional details and the full model number of your dishwasher.

You can order parts from the Sears PartsDirect website.

If you do not feel confident repairing this problem yourself, then you can have it repaired at your home by a Sears technician. Here is a link for the website: Sears Home Services .

I tried tp run the diagnostics cycle by pressing heated dry, normal, heated dry, normal, but the LED patterns don't match the description I found on the internet. I suspect that the one I have is for a different model. can you provide the correct one? My model number is 665.1303.3K110 Nothing happens when I press these buttons, meaning, all the lights do not come on, only the two I pressed.

I could really use diagnostic information & wiring diagram for my 665.16592200. I'm experienced with electrical&electronic test/repair and need to minimize repair cost. I've blown the TCO fuse twice now and repalced the motor, pump and control board only 20 months ago. I need to localize the cause of the overload. Any ideas or suggestions? Thanks
