Why does dishwasher keep saying "sensing"?

A:

I failed to mention that The dishwasher was a gift and it was used however there has never been an issue with the dishwasher and actually we had un hooked it out of the wall at my parents house and brought it to my house so it was literally just working hours our so before with NO problem.

The complete model number should be 9-11 digits. In general, the most likely problem with the dishwasher may be with a sensor or the control board. During the move some wiring could have gottne knocked around for the control panel. This could cause the sudden problem and not allowing the unit to continue. I recommend accessing the board and checking the wiring connection. I've provided how to access the the board in the image below.

Yes, that's the whole thing. You're just checking to make sure all the wiring harness for the main control board are plugged in and stable.
