Thank you for submitting your question and I will be happy to assist you. The second link Joseph has provided you is your owner's manual. To download your installation guide please click here . The most likely failure is a restriction in the check valve assembly (key #5) as shown in the image below. You will need to drain all the water out and remove the drain hose from the check valve. The check valve can be removed by turning it counterclockwise (CCW) in order to clean out any debris. You will also need to look up in the opening of the sump where you had removed the check valve for debris too. In order to access the check valve:

  1. Disconnect the power supply to the dishwasher.
  2. Remove the lower access panel (key#34) by removing the 4 screws (key#36).
  3. Use a pair of channel lock pliers to squeeze the drain hose clamp and slide it back away from the check valve.
  4. Remove the drain hose from the check valve.
  5. Using the channel lock pliers grip the check valve closest to the pump and rotate it counterclockwise to remove.

Clean the check valve of debris and clean the open port where the check valve was taken off from. Reverse the procedure to re-install the check valve, hose and access panel. The second image below will show you how to access the sump of the dishwasher to check the screens and valve. I hope this information is helpful to you and thank you for choosing Manage My Life.
