Q:

dishwater rack (3369903) assembly instructions

A:

Sometimes not having that instruction sheet is better but I do understand the need for it. If you can add the entire model number for the dishwasher to this thread it may help the expert provide a better answer. You can also add it to the Manuals link below for access to the online manual.

Hi! I am also trying to install replacement part 3369903. Do I have to uninstall the center rotation arm from my old rack to the new, since there was not a new arm enclosed? Most importantly, I cannot read your possibly VERY helpful image - could you please download an image with a higher resolution? I just cannot figure out how the rollers attach. Thank you so much, Margaret

Thank you for your question and I understand your concern.

First, make sure the safety float located in the front right corner inside the tub is not stuck in the up position. The float dome must move freely up and down. If it sticks in the up position it will not complete the electrical circuit to the water inlet valve. If the float dome is not stuck in the up position then the next step is to check the voltage supply at the water inlet valve when it should be filling with water. If it's not getting voltage then you will need a service technician diagnose and repair your Kenmore Dishwasher 6651587982.

If voltage is present a the water inlet valve and it's not filling then I recommend checking and confirming adequate water supply and flow at the water inlet valve under the dishwasher where the water supply connects to the water inlet valve.

If there is adequate water supply at the valve and it's getting voltage then it must be a faulty Dishwasher Inlet Valve 660995 and it will need to be replaced.

If you do not feel confident repairing this problem yourself, then you can have it repaired at your home by a Sears technician. Here is a link for the website: Sears Home Services .
