I found no instruction sheet for the 282348 rack. When I look up the racks for model 665.15625692 dishwasher I come up with part number 8193989 for the lower dishrack and 3369903 for the upper dishrack. The images below are for the 8193989 lower rack and may be helpful to you .

Thank you for your question.

I am sorry the dishwasher is giving you problems. The hose between the valve and the tub can be difficult to install depending on your skill level. To install the hose you need to uninstall the dishwasher to access other end that connects to the tub. To uninstall the dishwasher turn the water and the power off. Then remove the lower access panel. Disconnect the water supply line at the valve. Remove the electrical box cover and disconnect the wires. Locate and disconnect the drain hose under the sink. I recommend having some towels because it may leak on the floor of the cabinet. Then open the door and remove the two mounting screws in the counter. Carefully slide the dishwasher out. You do not have to take it out completely just far enough to get to the hose. Once you have the hose off I recommend using a small screwdriver to scrape any lime in the water inlet on the tub. I have seen lime build up cause the leak. After you have cleaned the inlet, reassemble the dishwasher in the reverse order. Then test the operation. If you do not see, any leaks go ahead and install the lower access panel.

I hope this is helpful. If you need further assistance, please reply below with more details.
