Question and Answers

Q:

The #37 hose inlet leaking 66515524000 Kenmore Undercounter dishwasher

A:

Thanks for the inquiry and for using SearsPartsDirect.com. I am sorry to hear about the leak in the inlet fitting from the tub, I know how frustrating that is.

You are right, the fitting you are referring to is part of the tub and is not offered singly. If it appears to have just a hairline crack or a minor crack, JB Weld would be a good item to use to repair it so it doesn't leak. Just take the hose off, mix the compound with hardener and apply generously around the cracked portion of the inlet. It will take 6-12 hours to cure, but once done, it will hold like a champ. I have used JB Weld many times on issues like this and it's a great thing to have around.

Outside of that repair, the only other option would be to replace the tub assembly, which is about $97. Hopefully this will be of help and let us know if we can be of any further assistance. Thanks for using SearsPartsDirect.com.
