My 66513579K700 dishwasher lock light is on, I cannot set dishwasher to run 66513579K700

Thank you for choosing sears I would be happy to help you with your dishwasher. Upon researching model 66513579K700;the lock feature disables the control panel buttons until the dishwasher controls are unlocked, press and hold the “HEATED DRY” button for 4 seconds. The lock light will turn off.

Dishwasher wiring 665.13579k700

A:

Since that is an AC powered solenoid on the inlet valve, it doesn't matter which wire connects to which spade on the valve assembly. The valve should work properly with the wires connected either way. Make sure that the wire connections are properly insulated so that they don't touch each other causing a short circuit. Also, make sure that you have the dishwasher unplugged or disconnected from electrical power when reconnecting those wires to the inlet valve assembly.
