Glad to help out. Im looking at your model number 665.13569k700.

According to the technical data sheet supplied with the dishwasher when the Option's LED's flash it's an indication of a power failure. If you did not have a momentary loss of power it could be caused by a loose wire connection. NOTE: Flip the circuit breaker off dedicated for the dishwasher located inside the house circuit breaker box. Check for any loose wiring connections at the dishwasher’s junction box where the power supply is connected as well as checking the white and black wire connections on the electronic control board. If there are no loose wiring connections and you are sure that there was no momentary loss of voltage, the control board will likely need to be removed and replaced.
