Thaks to Fred M for the response but I had already solved the problem. The response was without an image (or I could not find it). The problem was: correct diagnosis, bad repair process. The thermal fuse included a wire adapter requiring tightening screws to make a compression connection to the wires. I did not fully tighten one screw. During reassembly, the wire came loose. I disassembled the door and immediately found the problem. Thank you Jamab104@aol.com

Q:

Why won't my dishwasher start? Model 66513213K900

A:

Thank you for your question.  I am sorry for the problem with your Kenmore 665.13213K900 Dishwasher.  From the description you give you have a stuck or shorted keypad so the Console will need to be replaced.  There are color options for the console.  You should be able to select all cycles and options.  The lights are on so the Thermal Fuse is likely okay.  There is a test to determine if the Console is the problem or if the main control board is the problem.  The instructions to run the test are in the image below.  Try the test and reply below with any additional details or questions.  Thank you for using Manage My Life.
