The F1 error code on this type of range can indicate either a failed EOC control board or a bad membrane switch pad. Since you already replaced the EOC control board then your likely failure is the membrane switch pad (part 7403P331-60). You can order that part from the Sears PartsDirect website. There is not a way that I know of to bypass the speaker in the control. I recommend replacing the membrane keypad.

I opened the stove and found the part had a connecting pin outside the plastic sheath. Thought, "Great! Now I can send this part back." I bent the pin back and tried to reconnect it, but the pin broke. So the new part has been in for 24 hours and no beep! Expensive cost of incompetent work. Thank you kindly for the help!
