You could have a mechanical problem with the dispenser. A loose wiring connection could also cause that intermittent problem. I posted some information about that dispenser in the images below. The first image shows the theory of operation for the dispenser. The second image shows how to test the dispenser. The third image shows how to access and replace the dispenser. This information may help you examine that component and determine the cause of your problem. Be sure that you shut off the house circuit breaker for the dishwasher before accessing internal components.

If you get to the point where you need to have a service technician diagnose and repair this failure, you can schedule service through this link: Sears Home Services Dishwasher Repair. Note: Keep in mind that a service technician may have trouble diagnosing and repairing an intermittent problem with that dispenser. The component will normally need to fail when the technician is examining the dishwasher and diagnosing the problem in order to determine the cause of the failure.

Sorry you're having dishwasher problems. The E15 code indicates the control doesn't think there's enough water.

Your description says there is "no water pumping" which I assume to mean the circulation motor is not running?

Does the unit fill with water okay? Can you hear the circulation pump running? If there is water in the dishwasher will it drain okay?

Check if there is any water in the base of the unit.

You can reply with any additional details or questions for further assistance.
