I suspect that you have model 628.3528190 (I did not find information on that exact model that you submitted -- 628.3523190). The theory of operation for the ignition system for that oven is shown in the image below. If the igniter is not glowing when you set the oven in the bake or broil mode, then you could have a bad thermostat, a failed safety gas valve, bad igniters or a wiring failure in that oven ignition circuit. If the igniters are glowing, your failure is likely in the igniters. The igniters may not be heating to a point where their resistance decreases enough to allow the proper current flow through that circuit to the safety gas valve. This information may help you determine the cause of this failure. You can order parts from the Sears PartsDirect website. Be sure that you unplug the range before accessing and replacing internal components.
