Q:

The round tabs that hold the pantry drawer on have broken. What part do I need? 59677593802 Kenmore Elite Refrigerator

A:

Thank You for choosing Sears PartsDirect.com and being a valued member. It is unfortunate to hear that you are having issues with your refrigerator and I do understand your frustration. Glad to help out. I'm looking at your model number 59677593802 and the tray has a couple of parts that have round tabs that hold the tray. I believe you are referring to the tabs on item 16 in the image I have posted. I trust this information will help you. Left side pantry endcap 12656106 and right side 12656019.

Thank you for choosing Sears PartsDirect.com.

Q:

i have water under my unit at the same time each day 59677593802 Kenmore Elite Refrigerator

A:

Thanks for the inquiry and for using SearsPartsDirect.com.
Sorry to hear of the consistent leak you are experiencing daily, I know how concerning that is to have occur.
I strongly suspect this is caused by the automatic defrost cycle. You more than likely have a clogged or frozen drain tube or cracked or overflowing drain pan under the unit.
I would start by checking the drain pan for any cracks or debris that could cause the issue. If it looks good, you will need to take off the evaporator cover in the freezer and check below the evap coils for the drain. It may be clogged with ice and debris and may need to be unthawed or cleaned. That should solve the problem, unless you have a defrost component out, in which case this would be a temporary fix until the unit is diagnosed/serviced with a multimeter to find the source of the defrost issue.
If you would feel more confident have a Sears Home Service technician help assist with the diagnosis/repair, you can call 1-800-349-5071, or click here to be directed to the page to set up service.
Hope this helps and thanks for using SearsPartsDirect.com. We appreciate your business.

Hi,

Thank you for your question. It is concerning when the refrigerator is not functioning correctly. So the code is Pe 000 in the display. The main control board needs to be programmed for your model number. On the serial number plate is a 3 digit code and this will need to be programmed in to the display. It is like programming a computer. Let me explain that you will start with 000 and you use the Refrigerator temp up or down to change the first 0 to whatever, 9 lets say. Display is now 900.
Now use the freezer UP button to move to the next 0 and change it using the refrigerator temp. up or down button to 9 lets say now the display looks like 990.
Use the freezer UP button to change the last 0 and use the refrigerator up or down button to change the last 0 to lets say 9. Now the display looks like 999.
Now press and hold the freezer DOWN button until the code blinks off and on. If it beeps there is a problem but if it just flashes, just close the fresh food door. Wait a few seconds and open the door and set the temperatures. No problem right. Just go slow and remember field technicians have programming problems with this. Good Luck.

I hope this is helpful. If I may be of further assistance please include more details in a reply to this post.
