Thank you for using ManageMyLife.com. I am sorry to hear of the control board issue you are experiencing for the refrigerator controls, I know how frustrating that can be.

Upon looking into the service manual for this unit, it appears the 'double dash' issue is one that was addressed by the manufacturer in 2004. Here is part of what it discusses:

Unit displays double dashes and does not cool or operate.

Cause: Line voltage disturbance or noise interference can scramble the Mid Level control board and cause it to shut down.

Solution: Products produced prior to October 2004 experiencing this issue should have the control board replaced with the control board part number 12002509 with updated software.

It does not appear there was any type of recall for this unit or board, but a substitution of the control board originally being used. I would recommend to contact service and provide the part number that I have provided.

For convenience, I have included a blue link below you may click on to be directed to the PartsDirect page where you can view and purchase the part needed for the repair.

A:

John, there is no diagram available for replacing the leveling leg. The leveling leg will have a threaded bolt that screws back into the support. If the support has been enlarged, so the leg fits loose, a backup washer and nut will be needed. Place the washer and nut behind the support, so the leg bolt, will screw into the nut. There is no part number for the washer and nut. You will need to go to a local hardware store for these parts. I hope this will help you.
