Q:

Bottom Freezer Door Won't Seal 59671103101 Kenmore Refrigerator

Q:

Refrigerator is too cold 59671103101 Kenmore Refrigerator

A:

Thanks for the inquiry and for using SearsPartsDirect.com.
Sorry to hear of the excessively cold refrigerator compartment, I know how frustrating that is to have occur.
When adjusting the temperature controls, you have to make sure you adjust them one setting at a time, and allow 24 hours for the unit to cycle before adjusting them again to the next setting. For example, if you are at setting 4, and you want to raise the temp, you would move it to 3 and wait 24 hours for it to cycle to that temp and then check again and adjust accordingly and then wait another 24 hours if you move to setting 2.
Setting 1 is the warmest setting and setting 7 is the coldest. They were preset from the factory at setting 4.
Hope this helps out and thanks for using SearsPartsDirect.com.
