Thank you for your question. I'm sorry you are having this problem. The information you have received from Alina is very good. Even though the model is different, the information will pertain to this model also. However, the timer on this model will be located at the bottom behind the toe grill. Now, if there is no frost accumulation, the problem could be with the air damper not opening or the return air vent may be frozen or blocked. To check the return vent, feel the air flow coming out of the air damper and while checking it, open the freezer door. If the air flow increases, it will indicate the return vent is blocked. In this case, remove the crispers and look to see if there is anything on top of the vent in the corner. If there is nothing there, it will mean the vent is frozen. In this case, you will need to turn the unit off for approx. 24 hours and leave the door open to allow the vent to thaw out. I hope this will help you.
