A:

The drain (drip) pan on this model is not made to be removed. You can access some of the drain pan from the front after removing the toe grill. I recommend using a sponge or rag with soap & water to reach in & clean as much as possible. Remember to disconnect power before removing the front grill.

If you do not feel confident repairing this problem yourself, then you can have it repaired at your home by a Sears technician. Here is a link for the website: Sears Home Services .
