I understand your concern. The information you have received about the drainage is good. Normally, this will be a drainage problem. First disconnect power to the unit. First pull the unit away from the wall and remove the back panel cover. You will now be able to see the drain tube and if this drain tube has a p trap, make sure it's not clogged. Remove the tube and run water through it to make sure. When it's clear, now, check the drain inside the freezer under the evaporator. To access, this drain will require taking everything out of the freezer, so the back panel can be removed. When the panel is out you will be able to see the drain under the evaporator. If it's frozen, pour hot water into it, until it's clear and the water runs down into the bottom drain pan. If you would like more assistance, any additional details will be helpful and I will be glad to assist you further.

If you do not feel confident repairing this problem yourself, then you can have it repaired at your home by a Sears technician. Here is a link for the website: Sears Home Services .
