Thank you for your question. I'm sorry you are having this problem with the door handle. I suspect this is the refrigerator door handle that broke. The replacement handle for this model is showing to be # 67003003 but it's no longer available. I'm attaching a picture of the original handle. If the handle you received, looks like the one in the picture, slide the top trim upward and the lower trim downward, to access the screws holding the handle in place. If the handle you received is different and if there is no instructions included, it may not work. If you can send a picture of the handle you received it may be helpful to determine, if it will work. A technician may also be needed to check this. I'm attaching a site you can access, to have a tech come out.
