Thank you Beach; for the model number for the refrigerator.

You are saying that the compressor fan works but the can you tell if the compressor is running?

It should be the cooling fan down by the compressor is on.

I still believe that you have a compressor problem.

Is the surface temperature of the compressor warm or hot to the touch?

If it is warm and you can feel/hear it running then I am afraid that you may have a leak in the sealed system and it is low on refrigerant.

If it is then I would say you have a locked up compressor and it will need to be replaced.

It also could be the electrical starting mechanism on the side of the compressor that has failed.

If you unplug the refrigerator and remove the cover off the side of the compressor you may be able to discover if that is the problem or not.

Please let me know what you find and we can continue to troubleshoot with that information.
