Question and Answers
Resubmitting a question made in the beginning of february (without response): It´s leaking water from the refrigerator Kenmore Side-By-Side Refrigerator 5965754 59657542790 Kenmore 25' side by side...
The water is probably leaking out of the freezer due to a clogged defrost drain tube. If you want to verify that, unplug the refrigerator and remove the lower back panel inside the freezer to access the evaporator. You'll likely see ice frozen in a drip pan under the evaporator. Defrost that area and pour some hot water down that drain in the drip pan. Be prepared to clean up some water that may overflow the defrost drain pan in the machine compartment next to the compressor.
You may still have a problem with the defrost heater or the automatic defrost system that is causing your cooling problems in the freezer. If it hasn't been that long since the technician visited, then I recommend that you have him check out the refrigerator and the repair that was performed.

Thank you for choosing Sears Parts Direct. I will be happy to help with your refrigerator. Upon researching model 59657542790; it’s going to be best to trace where the water leak is coming from. The ice production is determined by how cold the freezer is. Lower the freezer temperature and it will freeze the ice faster which will produce ice faster.Thank you for choosing Sears.
