Q:

What can be causing both sections not to cool properly?

A:

The refrigerator works off the freezer. If the freezer doesn't cool the refrigerator won't either. If everything is running (both fan motors and the compressor) and there is no frost build-up on the back wall in the freezer, it would appear to be a seal system problem. If you notice a heavy frost it would probably be a defrost problem. A technician will be required for either one of these problems. If you need more assistance you can resubmit your question with more details.
