A:

Thank you for your request of the manual for your refrigerator.

I have found the model series manual for your refrigerator and this manual should work for the series you have also.

It is not the exact model but it is the same model series manual with the ending number one digit off but it should work fine for your refrigerator. That last number usually only refers to a small cosmetic change either inside or outside the refrigerator.

I hope this will work for you.

Sam A.

Q:

How to align my helix cap to the agitator for the ice?

A:

I think what you might be meaning is, how to align the helix cap to the auger motor driver behind it. If this is the case, make sure the bucket is in the slide tracks properly. If the bucket is in the tracks, the cap and driver will be aligned. If you want to fit the cap into the back of the agitator, the open end (pig tail) of the agitator, fits in the groove, in the cap. If you need more assistance, you can resubmit your question with more details.

Q:

Why is my refrigerator making a buzzing noise every five minutes for about 10 seconds?

A:

A buzzing noise is usually caused from the compressor when it has a hard time starting. If the noise is coming from under the refrigerator this will be the case. Sometimes replacing the starting components (relay/capacitor # 67005560) will help correct this. Sometimes the compressor has to be replaced.

If the noise is coming from inside the refrigerator, it could be from the fan motor. In this case the fan motor # 67001509 would need to be replaced. I technician may be needed to make these checks.
