Thank you for your question. I understand your concern about the fan and compressor not running. When both the fan and compressor are not running, I would suspect the thermostat has failed or the timer. First try turning the thermostat all the way off and then back on. If it starts running now, the thermostat # R0161092 will need to be replaced. If it still won't start, turn the timer knob slightly and if it starts now, the timer # R0131577 will need to be replaced. The timer is located behind the toe grill at the bottom on the left side (# 1541 in picture). These parts are available at SearsPartsDirect . If the unit still won't run, some voltage checks will need to be made. When making voltage checks, do not disconnect any of the wires or connections. If you have a meter and feel confident that you can safely make these checks and would like more assistance, I will be glad to assist you further.
